Customized Training
Whatever your private training needs, Squad 16 Consulting has the skills and experience to design a custom training program just right for your company.
Based on your goals and objectives, we'll customize course length, content, delivery method and materials to cover the ACT!™ features pertinent to your organization. We'll deliver that training content in a manner commensurate with the skill level of your users.
Custom courses may be delivered on site at your offices or at Squad 16 Consulting's training center, (Map & Directions) or on-line via the Internet. Options and Pricing:
Private Training at Squad 16's facility in East Longmeadow, MA
- Training in a networked, internet-live computer classroom
- Up to 8 students
- Custom training curriculum
- Option to train students using a copy of client's own database
- Instructor will have ACT! Premier Trainer designation
- Full-day course (8 hours) Course Fee - $1,500
- Half-day course (4 hours) Course Fee - $800
On-Site Training at Client's Facility
- Squad 16 Consulting provides on-site training at the client's site based on an hourly rate for instructor's time. An additional instructor (facilitator) is required when training groups of eleven students or more.
- Primary Instructor Rate (ACT! Premier Trainer): $150 per hour
- Secondary Instructor Rate (ACT! Certified Consultant): $150 per hour
- Manuals: $25 each
Private On-Line Training
- We're pleased to offer private on-line training, using GoToMeeting for up to 10 students
- Instructor Rate (ACT! Premier Trainer): $150 per hour
